  • How do you pack your typewriters for shipping?
    We are experienced typewriter shippers and pack our typewriters carefully to ensure that they will arrive safely at their destination, using lots of packing materials and a good box.   • What do I do if I receive a damaged or nonworking item?
    If you have received a typewriter accessory (ribbon, dust cover, or button pin) that is defective or that was damaged during shipping, Contact Us immediately about the damage and include pictures and a description of the damage. If a serviced typewriter arrives with shipping damage, take pictures of the damaged box before opening, each unpacking step, and any damage to the typewriter and Contact Us immediately to discuss next steps. If the typewriter doesn't have any obvious damage but doesn't seem to be working properly, Contact Us so we can help troubleshoot the issue.   • Do you accept returns?
    All items sold by Ocean View Typewriters are final sale and nonrefundable unless a refund is approved by Ocean View Typewriters. Contact Us for more information.
